Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TALA pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct size exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring the original packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once it reaches our warehouse.
